The Lancaster Police Department is investigating the shooting death of a beloved family pet. Russell, a five-year old black lab mix, was shot while in his own back yard and died on Mother's Day, May 10th.
Fairfield County CARES has teamed up with the Lancaster Police Department to offer a reward for information leading to the arrest of the person, or persons, responsible.
